How to take the test
1. This test is not timed, and does not require knowledge on specific fields. It contains 50 questions and requires around 12 to 15 minutes of your time.

2. Answer the questions spontaneously, selecting the option that is closest to your typical behaviour at work or in everyday life. If you can’t seem to decide between two options, answer it according to what your instinct first tells you.

3. Keep in mind that this test had been prepared based on three sources currently used by recruitment agencies or human resource specialists. It is therefore essential for you to take this test seriously and to pay careful attention to the choices you make.

4. There are no right or wrong answers in this test. Each personality type has its own positive qualities (the respondent’s strengths) and negative traits (the respondent’s weaknesses), so it’s important to give honest answers, as this will make the test results more useful and accurate.
